SB110A problem[via LSMTP - see www.lsoft.com]

Hi 
Need value of plate final plate choke if anyone knows, don't see the value in
the manual.
Also my SB110A Audio output circuit goes into a Oscilation in CW mode mostly, and
if I remove the shield it works Ok, I have checked grounds etc, must be a ground 
loop of some kind, didn't have another tube to try, maybe just leave shield off HI .
Also want kinda of power output should the RIg have , I get about 85 watts in
tune postions.
