DX 40 Help

I just acquired an extremely clean DX 40 and have a problem I need help with,
It is a slight AC hum on phone only. Power supply checks out ok. CW carrier is very clean (no ac). Replaced 12AX7 and 6DE7. Tightened all ground lugs. Replaced cer. caps to ground in audio stage. Checked xtal vs VFO. Changed paper caps in audio stage. Disconnected mike.    All to no avail.
