mixer diodes for SB-104

There was a discussion on replacement mixer diodes for a SB-104
some time ago but I can't find it in the archives. Does anyone have a
source for Hot Carrier diodes to substitute for the Heath parts they
used (FH-1100) and a little less pricey than the NTE-112 diodes.
