You either got a hot DX-60, or a wattmeter that needs calibration <G>
My DX-60 provides the following output to 50 ohms:
80 meters 50 watts
40 meters 50 watts
20 meters 35 watts
15 meters 30 watts
10 meters 20 watts
The final shouldn't be loaded to more than 150 ma plate current.
The final grid drive to no more than 2.5 ma
