Grabbed my own feeble memory and Chuck Penson's book and
here is what I came up with:
HW-2021 1975 to 1977 A real handful!
VF-2031 1979 to 1983
I did a proof-build on one of these when I was at Heathkit.
Designed by Bud Simiciak (where are you, Bud?).  I liked
mine.  Fun build and it worked right off the bat.
