Kits..

Some time back there was a foreign official sitting on a bench close to a
"secured" US federal building. He was eves dropping ( using an ordinary
radio as I remember ) on conversations in an officials office where a bug
had been planted.
I always wondered after hearing that Ramsey had been raided if that bug was
made from a Ramsey kit.
