Info needed --> GD-1150 Ultra Sonic Cleaner

Hello from the Heart of Silicon Valley, Santa Clara

I just received a Ultra Sonic Cleaner... GD-1150

It sometimes does not want to start.
I know there is a adjustment pot that is accessed through a hole in the
bottom of the unit.

What is the correct adjustment on this pot.
Also
The stainless steel tray get a little warm to the touch ..
Is this normal ??
