DX-110B Neutralization?

As part of a restoration I've just replaced the finals and can't find a
section on neutralization in the manual or see a neutralization cap in the
schematic.  I've heard 6146s are pretty fussy when it comes to this - what's
the story? (It'll be a while before power is applied.)
