HW-16 low audio problem

Gang,

The last time I used my HW-16 it worked just fine as it always has.  A couple of days ago I turned it on and had to turn the volume up all the way to hear anything.  Checked all the coax fittings, jumpers, tubes in the rig, etc. and just can't find anything.  Anyone out there had a similar experience or suspect what this problem may be?  TIA
