D104

The NEW D104 are not bult like the old ones.Look the same on outside but cheaper parts on the inside.

I have bought one 3 years ago and replaced the contacts and rod inside.My old D104 is 25 years old.Has never quit and has only been cleaned over the years.

I ran D104 on heath kits all the time.The only problem is keeping the mick gain down on amplyfied micks.And a good 9V battery!!

Also I had problems with RF getting in to mic but grounding rig has stopped that for me.

There is a hand held D104 that takes 7V battery and workes great on HW 101 wich I use now..
