Transistor Curve Tracer manual request/question

Hi,
I recently picked up an IT-1121 Semiconductor Curve Tracer.  Anyone have
a spare manual that I could purchase or borrow?  I beleive this model is
used in conjunction with a scope, but other than that I have no idea how
to use it... any info on semiconductor tracers in general would be
appreciated!
