GR-78 AC Power Problem; Need Schematic

I recently acquired a Heathkit GR-78.  Unfortunately, I do not have the
manual to assist in my repair of the set.  This 78 seems to work well on 12
VDC power.  However, when I try to operate it on 117 VAC, it does not play.
 The diodes check good and the transformer also has output.  The AC voltage
out of the transformer seems low, about half of what I would expect. I'm
getting about 5 VDC.  I wonder if the transformer's primary might be wired
for 220 VAC input?

To visualized what is happening with this set, I need a copy of the
schematic, or, at least, the power supply portion of the schematic.   I've
tried several on-line sources for information but have not found the
information I needed. Can any one suggest a URL where I can look?
