worm virus

I just got finished cleaning up my PC with a love letter virus. I am
sending this note just in case you recieved a message from my PC without
my knowledge. I think all is safe because I don't use Microsoft outlook
for email, nor do I use explorer except in rare instances. If I got the
virus, its nature is to look through the address book and send it to
anyone on my list. I believe since my address book is in netscape, all
is OK. Do however update your anti virus software or any other means and
scan your PC. Thanks...Brad...now virus free thanks to TREND ONTRACK
