Heath mic plug question

Can someone tell me the name of the manufacturer and part number of the
Heath 2 pin mic plug that plugs into the SB-102 and a lot of other models?

It looks like the self same plug as used on the Boonton 92C RF Voltmeter
where the RF Probe plugs in to the front panel of the instrument.
