 Making your own is the easiest thing in the world,unless you want an original set for collection purpose.Rg 58 or RG 174 cable can be used.Mouser Electronics sells probes witout wires attached that will take either of the above cables.A standard full size phone jack is used at the other end.Make two such probes;one with a 1 meg. resistor in the tip for dc measurements and a second without the resistor for use on ac and ohms.

Easy and fun to do!
