Can you give the address for this "Surplus Sales"..is this the outfit in Nebraska?

"PG-055B". It has a 1/8th inch separator between the tip and the ground. Finding it was
a harder chore. Surplus Sales has it for $2.25 each. That looks like a good deal if he
has them in stock.
