Isn't it just AMAZING that there are SO MANY things that are "Known To
The State of California" that the rest of us poor folk in the other 49
just weren't aware of!?  Why, they must have a REAL concentration of
brains in their state government!!  Well GOSH, that explains Eubonics,
PETA, and Richard Simmons right there!  Makes us all warm and fuzy to
know California will define whats good and whats bad for the rest of us!
