SB-100 Parts needed

I need some parts for a SB-100 that I am trying to get operational.  If
anyone has any or all of these to spare, please e-mail me.

I need: 2 ea. 40-687 driver plate coils (green dot)
             1 ea. 40-688 driver plate coil (black dot)
              1 ea. 40-689 heterodyne osc. coil (red dot) This coil has a
double winding.

               1 ea 26-116    C925 plate tuning capacitor (3 section) 250
mmf.
                1 ea 45-41 plate choke.
Also need the small knob used to lock the cursor on the dial.  It must have
a couple washers or something along with a nut. I guess.

These part numbers are from my HW-100 manual, but believe they are the same
for the SB-100.
This rig is a challenge!  Gotta keep the Green Boatanchors running!
