HO-5404

Can anyone tell me about the HO-5404 station monitor? It apparently came out
very late and beyond any of my Heath catalogs.  Is it similar in function to
the SB-610? What are all the push-button switches for?

I'm bidding on this and I'm not sure whether I should continue the fight.
