Help Parts ID

[ALLAN V EISENHAUR]

Hi

I need some help ID ing some Heathkit parts. I have a Heathkit/ Bell &
Howell 5 Mhz scope Model 10D-203-1, which I got up working with the help
of 2 members of this list or the other one. They were kind enough to
email me a schematic. I since have lost HV to the CRT finding R208 ( 470k
1W res ) burned, know I need to ID the following parts in that part of
the circuit.

Q201/202 Heath  part no. 417-384 ,on the schematic MPSU10 or ( MBF 382 )
the B is blurry so not sure of the 2nd letter.

D201/202 Heath part no.  57-52, on the schematic 5D-20          and lastly

IC201 Heath no. ??? TIL 115  &   TI 408 that's what stamped on the IC
nothing on the schematic.
