What is the differences in the HeathKit Tube testers?

I am interested in purchasing a HeathKit Tube tester and have noticed that
there are two models.

HEATHKIT IT-17 TUBE TESTER

HEATHKIT TC-2 TUBE TESTER

Can anyone tell differences in these HeathKit Tube testers?
