SB-101 Mic/ CW gain control

Hi Fellow Greenies, Have had an SB-101 for a few years and
have always wondered why the gain control had to be maxed out
to get any drive in Tune.. Finally broke down and tried to repair...
Found the dual control pot, 10K and 1 meg had been replaced at one time
with a Clarostat unit... Well the 10k unit read 12k across the pot and was
also a
audio taper which I don't think is right for this circuit. The 1 meg also
was
audio taper and thats probably right for the Mic gain section...

So with that all said, does anyone have a junker SB-100 /100
that might want to sell me the pot...
