I doubt there is any "modern" equivalent. This is a PNP Germanium
transistor and nothing in the Germanium style has been manufactured over
the past 30 years, maybe even 35. Everything is now processed in
Silicon.
Now, if you are looking for a replacement, the generic ECG/NTE line says
a 126A will work. This replacement is used as an RF/IF amp or other RF
application. Says it's generally good to 250 MHz. You can not replace a
Germanium with a Silicon as the circuit operating characteristics are
very different.
