hw 104

  hi  i have a hw 104 that i am having problems with i built this radio back in the 80's i have recieve fine    but no transmit on any band i belive something is'nt switching corectly on the e board as i still have voltage on q601 in transmite when in fact there is sopposed to be none q602 has none and it is sopposed to have voltage q612 has to much on th colector  some of them switch voltage from recieve to transmite just fine i have checked all the diodes with an ohm meter and all check ok all transisotrs check ok with an ohm meter but i have replaced some of them and have swithced them around with other known working ones and nothing is changed.     has anybody ever experienced this before or any possible solutions would be greatly apreiciated .....
