Yes, that was caught.  However the posting was not relevant to the
first of April.  I went to check the site, and that was in fact the
terms stated at the time on Passport.com.  The terms were quickly changed
after that posting came through this list.  I noticed it was also
posted to slashdot.org and a few other places.  I suspect the public
outcry had a lot to do with the sudden change of the posted terms of
service.
