SB-600 Speaker help needed

Hello all,
   I have several SB-600 speakers that need help.  I need one replacement
6x9 speaker that will actually fit in the Heathkit SB-600 cabinet.  I have
considered cutting the metal frame on a Radio Shack speaker but I would
prefer to find one that does not require this.  I also have several original
Heathkit (#401-108) speakers that need to be reconed.  I have seen
information on at least one place that does this but I can't find it now
that I need it.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks very much.

PS. Is anyone driving to Dayton from Florida that would like to split the
