HW-101 Finals Parts

I am helping a friend work on a HW-101 for a restoration project.
It's incomplete, and here's only SOME of what I'm missing:
RFC 901- Plate coil (with attached parts)
RFC 902- Grid Choke
LFC 901- Parasitic Choke
LFC 902- Parasitic Choke
C 913- .003/1.6 KV Hi-voltage condensor
C 915- .003/1.6 KV Hi-voltage condensor
L 903- 10M coil
L 905- RFC Choke
