telex cs-90 headphone & mic

Greetings, I just acquired one of these and wanted to ask if anyone has
knowledge of the pin outs on one of these. I wanted to use it with my pro
but wrong plug is on the end, has a 7 pin plug (looks like a xlr type of
plug but small pins). I also wonder if anyone has ever used this type of
headset/mic with good results.  Sorry for the space and MANY thanks for the
