Detents

Hi gang. While dismantling an HW-101 I ran across a different detent from
the usual one I've seen on the band switch.  Instead of an open design,
these are enclosed in a hard plastic cover with metal mounting plate.
About 1 1/4" square with a very positive click and solid positioning
feel. There is one at the front panel and one at the final coil switch.
Part number is Standard Grigsby 266-1116.  Were these a later or earlier
part used by Heath or an aftermarket solution to the sometimes sloppy
action of the open ones?  The small ball bearing rides the outside of the
8 position denent and is spring loaded.
