AB5WG Apache and Mohawk Drums

Fellow Heath Fans:

I wanted to inform the list of a very positive experience. I recently ordered
a set of reproduction drums from Ron, AB5WG. Two mailing tubes arrived in my
PO box, but one had had the end ripped off in shipment. I immediately
informed the Post Office and also told Ron. While the Post Office was still
searching, Ron (totally on his own) sent out a replacement drum. No questions
asked. Now that's customer service!

Harold  NY7Y  (PS They finally found the errant drum in the dead letter
office and it is on it's way back to Ron.)
