want ctcss tone board

I am looking for a plug in tone board
for a HEATH HW-2-P handheld 1989
vintage the number on the board id
HWA-402 CTCSS Tone board 
its less than 3/4 inch by 1/2 inch?
not sure on size but it plugs in 8 or 9
gold contacts 
any one know of one out there???
