Martin,
Check the diode or full wave bridge (if the SS-220) was installed that
develops the bias/keying voltage.  Should be approximately 120 VDC.  Also
check the C4 capacitor in the bias power supply circuit.

New Problem:Replaced one of the 3-500 and found out it was bad the hard
way.Blew the .82 Ohm resistor on hte Meter Board and had a Harbach meter
Board and replaced the old one. Now only have 40 volts to operate the relay
and of course the relay won't close and also the Meter in grid current
position, goes to the left.Replaced the bad tube with a good one and still
no luck. Any ideas? Thanks
