NEED: HW-101 parts

Hey guys

just bot an HW-101.  Need a few things:

(1) the SSB/CW filter selector switch that is behind
the RF gain control knob

(2) a couple of rubber bands for the Preselector
capacitor drive

Recommendations of where to find this?

Tnx for the help!  Nice to have a piece of my
novice-era equipment again...
