OIL in question

While electric power companies usually deal in 55 gallon barrels of
Transformer oil, they occasionally have "Open Cans" and will gladly give a
gallion away. Take your Cantenna there and show them how you are going to
use the oil. Oddly, I find the Electric Membership Co-ops more willing than
the Big Boys".

Additionally, the power company construction shops in the suburbs are more
cooperative than the boys "Down town".

There may be some of the old PCB contaminated oil around. What the heck, you
aren't going to bath in it, are you?
