Need help on SX-101

The dial mechanism on my Hallicrafters SX-101 is stuck at the low
frequency  end of the dial.  Does anybody have any information on the
mechanical linkages etc. on the dial mechanism?  Any suggestions?  I'm
heartbroken over this.
