help with a V-7A VTVM

I have a decent looking V-7A meter that I'm having trouble with.  The DC
and Ohms sections work fine.  However the AC sections are nowhere near
accurate (not usable).  The only scale that can be adjusted to come close
is the 500 volt range.  This seems odd as the divider network is used for
the ohms and DC ranges as well and they work fine.  Ive checked and
replaced tubes and electrolytics.  There must be a leaky part associated
with the 6AL5 dual diode tube?

Where should I look?
