IT-28 Capacitor Tester question

Oh, forgot ....you perform the leakage test by attaching the leads to the
(loose)
capacitor (observe polarity on electrolytics), adjust the voltage to the
capacitor
rated voltage, and move the lever from "bridge", past "discharge",  to
"leakage".
Always move the switch back to "discharge" before removing the capacitor
so
it's discharged and don't touch the terminals when it's in the "leakage"
mode.
