SB 401 No PTT in Tune mode

I can tell you from experience, the LMO isn't too bad.  I just reworked the
dial on an SB101 that I have.  Once you figure it out, it's really rather
simple.

take off the knob and loosen the bolt that holds the dial collar.  Slide it
UP just a bit, then move the shaft in and out until the two washers that are
on the inside of the shaft (kind of spring loaded) fit over the LARGE inner
washer like part of the dial.  Then slide the shaft and collar down and
tighten up the bolt on the collar.
