I have a 902A CRT that is NOS in an original US ARMY / US NAVY box:
JAN CRC-902-P1
Accepted June 1945
Manufactured by
RCA
The 902 has an octal socket and about a 1" face. It looks like a smaller
version of the 2AP1 (I have one of those, too, but no box for it)
