Restore HW8

Many folks have done that.
It is a tall task with some units, but not with others.
I rebuilt a VTVM, AA121 amplifier and an AA151.
I don't know what the problems with each were. I troubleshot them to a small
extent, but being simple kits with (in my opinion) shoddy construction...it
seemed a better idea to start them from scratch....All new 1% resistors, new
terminal lugs, tube sockets, whatever can be replaced.
They now work ....as new!!
