I am in need of operating instructions.
I can figure out type, fil, plate setting. But I'm lost for the top & bottom setting (when & what to do. Some settings are in bold &
some are on brackets) and the switches: short / leakage & adj. Short / test.
If someone can explain in a short message or can get me a partial copy of the manual. (whatever is cheaper)
