Looking for Parts

Fellows I am in need of  the following Heath Parts:
 #40-1855  Tunable inductor  .25 uH
 #56-640   MV2110 Varactor Diode

These are used in the HW2036 Two Meter Radios, I need
at least (2) each and would like to find a source
if available.
