Some food for thought. A good RF shield requires the cover to contact the
frame as much as possible. Screws allow this. When you start putting nuts
through the frame...i.e. pop-rivets, Tinnerman nuts, etc., you reduce the
contact area to just the top of the pop rivet, etc. The screws are not
there for structural reasons, you wouldn't need so many for that... but
to provide more contact area.
