VTVM Probes

Actually, there is a simple (reversible) mod that can be made on the
Function switch so that the resistor is switched automatically. With this
mod, you can use any straight-through probe.

There are those "experts" out there that will tell you that the resistor
needs to be right at the probe for isolation purposes, but most of the VTVMs
in the Service Department were modified this way, and we never had a
problem.
