Need SB-100 Manual, etc.

I have recently acquired an SB-100 in questionable condition. Before I can
attempt to reconstruct it I am in need of an SB-100 manual, if anyone has one
at a reasonable cost, before I try the ususal places.
 Additionaly, who is doing front panels (hole removal & repainting) these days
?
