PS23 Question

   My PS23 (S/N 01945) powering an HX 1681, drops out now
and then.  I suspect the circuit breaker.  Naturally, I do
not have a manual or diagram for it!  If it is indeed the
problem, can someone please supply a part number for it and
perhaps a source?  It's marked  "2.92A  hold", which seems a
bit low for a 350 watt supply.
