Power supply update

Hello. I have a HP-23 supply that I just rebuilt and I have posted before both my HW-101's only put out 70 watts on 10 meters and 90 on 15 meters. I checked all the voltages in the supply. I get 318 for HV 809 for the 6146's and the fixed bias is -118. The schematic says -130 but I don't know if that will make any difference. Anyway thats it. Maybe a new set of 6146's would help.
