Heath SA2060 Tuner... Parts?

Hello,

I bought a Heath SA2060A Tuner and found that the output selection switch
(SW101 part number 63-1400) in the Sensor Assembly (p/n 100-1836) had
some contacts that have been destroyed.  I would guess that Centralab
made this part, but have not found a source for it.

Does anybody on the list have any ideas where I can find such a part?
