The subject of the Perham Museum (not) piqued my interest enough to ask
GOOGLE search for more info.  I think Gene hit the nail on the head with his
observations.  Seems Perham has hired consultants to give them directions
for
the future.  I read their consolidated report dated November, 2000 and
suggest anyone who might be thinking of donating read this thing.
