HW-101 Lever

I have been fussing with the HW lever knob problem for a while. I wonder
if one could take a current lever knob with the insert already in and
then make a mold of that shape. Then maybe one could use hard nylon to
mold the part. It seems to me that nylon would be strong enough to hold
up. Of course one would have to spray paint the nylon knob, but looks
like that would work ok.
